2017.11.07更新：我現在發現K大的解法是最好的，也就是把那個that當成類似the way的用法，後面接一個名詞子句 this is usually done。換句話說，這個解釋寫得不好的地方在那個that，它如果是寫in which就好多了。

感謝kaifrankwind，當副詞片語的話我就理解了！感謝kee32的回應，可是我覺得您舉的例子和這句解釋的結構好像不太一樣： you're all that I need you're everything that I need 這兩句都是S+V+C的結構，補語的部分附帶一個形容詞子句 you're what I need 這一句是S+V+C的結構，名詞子句當補語但是這句 the complete number of hours that this is usually done 是一個名詞加上一個形容詞子句，而且形容詞子句中含有被動的結構 (所以我想釐清它還原為主動的寫法)，再加上還有一個代名詞this，也要確認其代指的意思。總體來說是比較複雜的。如有冒犯請見諒。

您好我目前採用kaifrankwind前輩的思路，將the complete number of hours看成是副詞片語，因為這樣才能處理被動語態還原回主動後，"usually do this the complete number of hours"中， "the complete number of hours"在句子裡的結構。
