台灣房租就是「租方市場阿」

有阿 就5年漲個10%之類的 比通膨還廢
台灣房地產要狂賺 除了全球大qe期
不然就要很吃技術 就是要像ceca這種專門炒房手
不斷的買賣 把價差一點一滴累積
其他小咖賺的不外乎就是 賺點房產在QE下的抗通膨效應而已
絕大多數收租的也是 租金漲幅只靠著通膨效應在漲
台灣的房產市場終歸一句是著重在於 單打獨鬥
沒能力炒的就是吃通膨qe漲幅而已
注重於「個人房產實力 政府不太介入」
國家級的地產政策 在台灣不存在
沒有人人有獎這回事
國家級的炒房 可以看看香港 直接從源頭控管土地供給量 「一半香港人民民當房東地主 一
半香港人民當租客奴隸」(這做的有點爛 實現政府和人民對付自己另一批人民)
國家級的漲租 可以看看新加坡 看看不管是「國宅」還是「私人住宅」
一年租金可以漲10-20%
「全民當房東 外國人當房客」
這做的最好 實現「政府帶領人民一致對外」
