請問各位大大，
在Unforgettable記憶神探第1季第2集Heroes裡面，
警察Carrie在講關於一個球員。
The guy is from Tacoma.
He can't play in the heat.

if it's over 90 at kickoff.

請問這裡"one and 12"是什麼意思？
我查字典和google都沒找到。
